Hi, my name is  Joe Gould. One half of Tribal Elite Fitness & Health. I’m here to show busy professionals how to maximise their results in minimal time for training, nutrition, lifestyle and longevity based on the tried and tested methods I have employed over numerous years, now into my 40’s, and running multiple businesses.

I am a qualified Master Trainer with the International Sport Sciences Association, achieving the highest grade worldwide out of 110 countries in Fitness Nutrition in 2015

My deeper dive into fitness and health came about after I was diagnosed with a serious autoimmune condition in 2009. After years of the stereotypical western medical approach and medication failing me, I adopted a holistic nutrition regimen. After one month of this, my condition began to rapidly clear up and I have not needed to see a doctor or take any medication since.

This was the first step in a long and enriching journey, integrating training, diet, longevity and recovery knowledge and practices into my life. Now I’m here to share what I have learned with people and help them achieve peak results, even with active and busy schedules.

My name is David Roche. I have studied fitness and health for almost a decade. I hold an MSc in Strength and Conditioning and a BSc in Exercise and Health. I am currently working on my Professional Doctorate at the University of Gloucestershire. While previously living in China, I also studied and became certified in Eastern medicine, Tai Chi, and QiGong. This blend of learning has allowed me to instill a forward-thinking, science-based ethos informed by functional and holistic health principles.

I have been operating as a coach and personal trainer since late 2018. During this period, I have worked with a diverse client base of 400+ people in various gyms and fitness environments. I have honed my craft and expertise through these years of experience, implementing a comprehensive approach to training, nutrition, recovery, and mindset, always tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

Joe Gould and I have been sharing knowledge on exercise, diet, and lifestyle practices for many, many years. Joe Gould introduced me to many methods that became the hallmark of my coaching over the years, such as resistance training principles for strength and hypertrophy and the importance of food tracking for health and body composition optimization. I am excited to collaborate with Joe Gould to deliver our combined wealth of experience, observation, and expertise to others.
